I can eat about 3-4 bites and then something just doesn't work in my mouth! I have, however, had sweet potato fries (not as good, I know, fried) and those were pretty good. I have a feeling that it will grow on me eventually just as turnip greens and spinach did! BTW, thanks for the link. I'd like to do that on my site, but don't know how. I can't beleive you don't like them. Have you ever tried them roasted with olive oil and spices? Or baked in the oven just like a white potato topped with butter?<BR/><BR/>The reason why I ask is because I thought I did'nt like them either-(I had only tried them in sweet potato cassarole topped with marshmallows- too sweet for me!)
