You know, it's funny how your taste changes. My mom loved salmon croquettes and made them a lot when I was growing up. I didn't like them then, but I do now. I have a recipe I make (adapted from Eating well magazine) and they're good. There's a creamy dill sauce to go with them and I really like both of them. Yum-o!<BR/><BR/>That salad looks good too!
